About Me

Kearby's Kitchen: Carrollton, Texas, United States; I love to cook, especially in collaboration with my beloved husband. Cooking is my creative outlet and my therapy. I love old-fashioned cooking where everything is homemade, frugal, seasonal, and local. I'm also constantly exploring the diverse cuisines of our world, searching ethnic markets for exotic ingredients and researching the culinary styles of different countries. The fragrances and flavors in our kitchens can take us back to childhood or transport us to far-off lands. Enjoy the ride.
